| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je věnována tématu nemocí z povolání. Práce obsahuje vysvětlení pojmu nemoci z povolání a jeho stručný historický začátek. Jsou přiblíženy pracovnělékařské služby, jejich obsah a povinnosti plynoucí zaměstnavatelům i zaměstnancům. Část práce rozebírá seznam nemocí z povolání, jeho jednotlivé kapitoly, podmínky vzniku nemocí z povolání a nedávné aktualizování o onemocnění bederní páteře a o Covid 19. Rozebrána je i problematika rizikových faktorů pracovního prostředí a kategorizace práce. Část práce se věnuje posuzování a uznávání nemocí z povolání, následné odškodnění a druhy náhrad. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Bachelor´s thesis is dedicated to the topic of occupational diseases. The thesis contains an explanation of the concept of occupational diseases and its brief historical beginning. Occupational health services and their concept of employers and employees are explained. Part of the thesis discusses the list of occupational diseases, its individual chapters, the conditions for the occurrence of occupational diseases and recent updates on lumbar spine disease and Covid 19. The issue of risk factors in the working environment and categorization of work is also discussed. Part of the thesis is devoted to the process of assessment and recognition of occupational diseases, subsequent compensation and types of compensation. |
