| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je koncipována jako případové studie s komparativními prvky, která se zabývá využitím umělé inteligence, bezpilotních letounů a robotického boje ve vojenských operacích s důrazem na to jaké možnosti a dilemata toto využití přináší. Cílem práce je zjistit více o využívání umělé inteligence a robotů při zajišťování bezpečnosti a vedení bojových operací a jak země využívající tyto technologie a zařízení řeší praktické, právní a etické otázky spojené s bojovým použitím umělé inteligence, bezpilotních letounů a robotů. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, kdy první část je úvod, který kromě vymezení cíle, nastolení výzkumných otázek a stanovení výzkumné metody obsahuje i teoretickou část týkající se několika hlavních pojmů. Druhá část práce je samotná případová studie, která je rozdělena do čtyř hlavních kapitol s několika podkapitolami, přičemž každá hlavní kapitola představuje jednu případovou studii konkrétní zkoumané země. Mezi těmito zeměmi nalezneme: Spojené státy americké, Izrael, Čínu a Rusko. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis is designed as a case study with comparative elements, which deals with the use of artificial intelligence, unmanned aircraft and robotic combat in military operations with an emphasis on the possibilities and dilemmas this use brings. The aim of the thesis is to find out more about the use of artificial intelligence and robots in ensuring security and conducting combat operations, and how countries using these technologies and devices deal with practical, legal and ethical issues related to the combat use of artificial intelligence, drones and robots. The thesis is divided into two parts, where the first part is an introduction, which, in addition to defining the goal, raising research questions and determining the research method, also contains a theoretical part concerning several main concepts. The second part of the thesis is the case study itself, which is divided into four main chapters with several sub-chapters, while each main chapter represents one case study of a specific country under investigation. Among these countries we find: the United States of America, Israel, China and Russia. |
