| Abstract: | Diplomová práce s názvem "Pavouci přírodní rezervace Diana" se zaměřuje na inventarizační průzkum pavouků na šesti vybraných stanovištích v rámci přírodní rezervace Diana, který probíhal v letech 2022-2023. Práce obsahuje stručnou charakteristiku zkoumaného území, popisuje řád pavouků (Araneae) a uvádí metody použité ke sběru a determinaci pavouků. Dále se zabývá hodnocením výsledků z kvalitativního hlediska, přičemž analyzuje rozmanitost druhů s využitím základních indexů diverzity, a z kvantitativního hlediska, kde se zaměřuje na počty jedinců na jednotlivých stanovištích. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Master thesis entitled "Spiders of the Diana Nature Reserve" focuses on an inventory survey of spiders at six selected habitats within the Nature Reserve Diana, which took place in 2022-2023. This thesis contains a brief description of the investigated area, describes the order of spiders (Araneae) and presents the methods used to collect and determine spiders. It also deals with the evaluation of the results from a qualitative point of view, while analyzing the diversity of species using fundamental indices, and from a quantitative point of view, where it focuses on the number of individuals in individual habitats. |
