| Abstract: | Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá aditivní technologií, výrobou řezných nástrojů pomocí 3D tisku, frézami s tangenciálním uložení VBD, systémy chlazení, obráběním s vysokým posuvem a materiálem Inconel 718. Praktická část se věnuje převážně úpravám provedených na výchozím modelu frézovací hlavy ,,Kraken". Konečným výstupem je vlastní návrh 3D modelu frézy s novým nastavením pro dané parametry. |
| Abstract in different language: | The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis is about additive manufacturing, the production of cutting tools using 3D printing, milling cutters with tangentially set replaceable insert, cooling systems, high-feed machining and the Inconel 718 material. The practical part is mainly devoted to modifications made to the initial model of the ,,Kraken" milling head. The final output is a custom design of a 3D model of the cutter with new settings for the given parameters. |
