| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této práce je návrh přípravků pro upnutí hlavy válce a válce na konvenčním soustruhu za účelem jeho oprav či úprav. Kromě samotného návrhu přípravků je v práci pojednáno o znacích motocyklových hlav, válců, problematice jejich obrábění a přípravcích zejména užitečných na soustruzích. Z několika variant přípravků bude vybrán ten, který bude nejlépe splňovat nároky rozepsané dále. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main goal of this thesis is the design of fixtures for clamping the cylinder head and cylinder on a conventional lathe for the purpose of its repairs or modifications. In addition to the design of the jigs, the thesis discusses the characteristics of motorcycle heads, cylinders, the issue of their machining and jigs especially useful on lathes. The one that best meets the requirements detailed below will be selected from several variants of fixtures. |
