Během výpočtu byly nalezeny ideální rozměry induktoru a parametry ohřevu, které umožňují rovnoměrný a dostatečný ohřev dané součásti v požadovaných místech. |
Abstract in different language: | The present thesis deals with designing an inductor for induction surface hardening of a specific machine component. Due to the complex shape, a classical cylindrical inductor could not be used because of the unfavorable distribution of the electromagnetic field in the groove and on the edges of the load. First, a prototype of the inductor was made. Its shape made it possible to heat the narrow groove's bottom to the required temperature. Next, a simulation of this heating was created. During the calculations, the ideal inductor dimensions and heating parameters were found. With the designed inductor, achieving a more uniform temperature distribution is possible. The paper also compares possible surface hardening technologies, considering each process's energy consumption and potential environmental impact. The efficiency of induction surface hardening was assessed based on measurements. |
