| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh zefektivnění nabídkového procesu ve strojírenské společnosti. Obsahem této práce je teoretická a praktická část, kdy první část se teoreticky zaměřuje na informační systém a modelování procesů. Následně praktická část je zaměřena na představení společnosti, analýzy současného stavu, uvedení úzkých míst, jejich řešení a na závěr uvedení přínosů pro společnost. |
| Abstract in different language: | The master thesis is focused on the proposal to improve the efficiency of the bidding process in an engineering company. The content of this thesis is a theoretical and practical part, where the first part is theoretically focused on the information system and process modelling. Subsequently, the practical part is focused on the introduction of the company, analysis of the current situation, listing the bottlenecks, their solutions and finally listing the benefits for the company. |
