| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením implementace a efektivnosti ERP systému Helios iNuvio v konkrétním podnikatelském prostředí společnosti STRIX Chomutov, a.s. Práce podrobně zkoumá, jak systém ovlivňuje interní procesy a ekonomické parametry podniku. Práce se dále zaměřuje na identifikaci a analýzu rizik spojených s implementací a je navrhnuto opatření pro zlepšení v rámci organizace. Tento přístup umožňuje posoudit nejen bezprostřední finanční přínosy a výnosnost investice, ale také další dopady na organizační a firemní kulturu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the evaluation of the implementation and efficiency of the ERP system Helios iNuvio in the specific business environment of STRIX Chomutov, a.s. The thesis examines in detail how the system affects the internal processes and economic parameters of the company. The thesis further focuses on the identification and analysis of risks associated with the implementation and improvement measures within the organization are proposed. This approach allows for an assessment of not only the immediate financial benefits and return on investment, but also other impacts on organisational and corporate culture. |
