| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vliv menstruačního cyklu na pohybový výkon sportujících žen. V dané práci je popsán menstruační a ovariální cyklus společně s jejich fázemi, poruchy menstruačního cyklu a menstruační cyklus v závislosti se sportem. Dále práce poukazuje na problematiku pohybu a výkonu a fyziologických změn při zátěži. Potřebná data jsou získávána dotazníkovým šetřením doplněné o řízené rozhovory. Získaná data jsou znázorněna graficky a doplněna o závěry. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis focuses on the influence of the menstrual cycle on the physical performance of athletic women. The thesis describes the menstrual and ovarian cycle together with their phases, menstrual cycle disorders and menstrual cycle in relation to sports. Further, the thesis highlights the issue of exercise and performance and physiological changes during exercise. The necessary data is collected by questionnaire survey supplemented by guided interviews. The data obtained are presented graphically and supplemented with conclusions. |
