| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá pojmem veřejného zájmu. Tento pojem autor práce popíše a vymezí ho v kontrastu se soukromými zájmy. Dále se text práce zaměří na rozbor vybraných soudních rozhodnutí, a to českých i zahraničních. |
