| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou krajských voleb, které se konaly v letech 2000-2020. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení základních pojmů souvisejících s tímto tématem jako je historický vývoj krajů, právní úprava, charakteristika kraje a problematika krajských voleb. Praktická část se soustředí na porovnání voleb v kraji Plzeňském a Moravskoslezském, zkoumá volební účast a dosažené výsledky jednotlivých politických stran hnutí a koalic v krajských volbách v těchto krajích za období 2000-2020. Následující část analyzuje a hodnotí povědomí občanů těchto krajů o krajských volbách, které bylo provedeno za pomoci dotazníkového šetření. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis deals with the issue of regional elections that took place in the years 2000-2020. The theoretical part is focused on the explanation of basic terms related to these topics, such as the historical development of regions, legal regulation, characteristics of the region and issues of regional elections. The practical part focuses on the comparison of elections in the Pilsen and Moravian-Silesian regions, examines the electoral participation and the results achieved by individual political parties, movements and coalitions in the regional elections in these regions for the period 2000-2020. The following part analyzes and evaluates the awareness of the citizens of these regions about the regional elections, which was carried out with the help of a questionnaire survey. |
