| Abstract: | Tématem této rigorózní práce je Dědění ze závěti. Podle současné právní úpravy lze dědit podle dědické smlouvy, ze závěti nebo ze zákona. Cílem této práce bylo podat co nejkomplexnější pohled na výklad pojmu závěť a pojmů, které s děděním souvisí. Práce je rozdělena do celkem 7 kapitol, v nichž se věnuji např. výkladu týkající se obsahu závěti, formám závěti, zrušením závěti nebo též právní úpravě závěti v maďarském občanském zákoníku. V neposlední řadě se též ve své práci věnuji vysvětlení, jakým způsobem probíhá v pozůstalostních řízeních zjišťování stavu a obsahu závěti notářem jako soudním komisařem. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of this rigorous thesis is the Inheritence from a will. Inheritance law is regulated in the Civil Code. So according to Civil Code, it is possible to inherit on the basis of an inheritance contract, last will or by law. The main objective of this rigorous thesis is to give the most comprehensive explanation of The Inheritence by law. The rigorous work is divided into a total of 7 chapters, in which I deal, for example, with the forms of the will, the content of the will, and the forms of revocation of the will. |
