| Abstract: | Cílem této rigorózní práce bylo shrnout základní právní úpravu poskytování zdravotních služeb, rozdělení zdravotní péče a jednotlivá práva a povinnosti pacientů a poskytovatelů zdravotních služeb. V následujících kapitolách je popsána právní úprava léčitelské činnosti, eutanázie v Belgii, klinické hodnocení léčiv a poskytování zdravotní péče uprchlíkům z Ukrajiny. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny možnosti řešení nespokojenosti pacientů s poskytnutými zdravotními službami včetně náhrady újmy. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this rigorous thesis was to summarize the basic legal regulation of the provision of health services, the distribution of health care and the individual rights and obligations of patients and health service providers. The following chapters describe the legal regulation of medical practice, euthanasia in Belgium, clinical trials of pharmaceuticals and the provision of health care to refugees from Ukraine. At the end of the thesis, options for solving patients' dissatisfaction with the provided health services, including compensation for damages, are presented. |
