| Abstract: | Cílem práce je praktické ověření chování optimalizovaného NC programu, který bude optimalizovaný pomocí softwaru Eureka for Chronos při reálném obrábění tvarově složitého dílce. Dalším cílem diplomové práce bude zkoumat vliv nastavení nástrojů Sinumeriku pro posuvovou rychlost FNORM, FLIN a FCUB a cyklu 832 na reálné součásti při reálných podmínkách. Porovnáním výsledků experimentů bude zjištěno, zda poznatky z předchozích kvalifikačních prací jsou přínosem i v reálném stavu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The goal of the work is the practical verification of the behavior of the optimized NC program, which will be optimized using the Eureka for Chronos software during the real machining of a part with a complex shape. Another goal of the thesis will be to investigate the influence of Sinumerik tool settings for FNORM, FLIN and FCUB feed rate and cycle 832 on real components under real conditions. By comparing the results of the experiments, it will be determined whether the findings from the previous qualification works provide useful knowledge even in the real situation. |
