| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem úhlu hřbetu na trvanlivost řezného nástroje při obrábění titanových slitin. Jejich vlastnosti jsou rozebrány s důrazem na vlastnosti při obrábění a z toho vyplývající opotřebení řezných nástrojů. Dále byla provedena rešerše vhodných řezných materiálů a používaných geometrií. V praktické části je provedena řada experimentů, při hlavním experimentu jsou porovnány různé nastavení úhlu hřbetu nástroje s ohledem na trvanlivost. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the influence of the clearance angle on the durability of the cutting tool when machining titanium alloys. Their properties are discussed with emphasis on the machining characteristics and the resulting tool wear. Furthermore, a survey of suitable cutting materials and geometries was carried out. In the practical part, a series of experiments are carried out, with the main experiment comparing different tool clearance angle settings with respect to tool durability. |
