| Abstract: | Cílem práce je opravit tepelně a mechanicky opotřebovaný díl za pomoci aditivní výroby. Oprava se skládá z konvenčního obrábění a následného navaření (natištění) opotřebované části dílu za pomoci kovového 3D tisku. Snahou této práce je vyzkoušet, zdali je tento způsob opravy v praxi funkční z hlediska změny mechanických vlastností. Dále je cílem této práce za pomoci opravy poškozeného dílu: ušetřit materiál, snížit čas tisku, snížit celkový čas výroby a snížit náklady potřebné na výrobu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the work is to repair a thermally and mechanically worn part using additive manufacturing. The repair consists of conventional machining and subsequent welding (coating) of the worn part using metal 3D printing. The aim of this work is to test whether this repair method is workable in practice in terms of changing mechanical properties. Furthermore, the aim of this work using the repair of the damaged part is to: save material, reduce printing time, reduce overall production time and reduce the cost required for production. |
