| Abstract: | Diplomová práce představuje tři možné varianty rozvoje společnosti SH Weld s.r.o. Varianty byly sestaveny na základně kapacitních výpočtů, které vychází z plánu výroby na dalších 5 let. K variantám byly vypracovány analýzy investiční, SWOT a vehicle tracking, o nejvhodnější variantě bylo rozhodnuto pomocí vícekriteriální studie bodovací s váhami. Nejvhodnější varianta byla zpracována do výkresové dokumentace. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis presents three possible options for the development of SH Weld s.r.o. The variants were complied on the basis of capacity calculations based on the production plan for the next 5 years. Investment, SWOT and vehicle tracking analyses were done for the variants, the most suitable variant was decided using a multi-criteria scoring study with weight. The most suitable option was processed into drawings. |
