| Abstract: | Teoretická část práce obsahuje základní fyzické a psychické změny v období těhotenství a po porodu. Jsou zde charakterizována jednotlivá období, vhodné a nevhodné pohybové aktivity. Praktickou část jsem rozdělila na další dvě části. První část obsahuje zmapování různých cvičení pro obě období. Navštívila jsem centra, která se věnují těmto druhům cvičení. Návštěvy mi přinesly velké zkušenosti a podněty ke zrealizování vlastního pohybového programu. Ve druhé části jsem se zabývala realizací vlastního pohybového programu pro ženy po porodu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The theoretical part contains the basic physical and emotional changes during pregnancy and after childbirth. They are characterized by a single period, appropriate and inappropriate physical activity. The practical part is divided into two other parts. The first part contains the mapping of different exercises for both periods. I visited the center, which is dedicated to these types of exercises. Visitors bring me great experience and suggestions for the realization of its own motion program. In the second part deals with the realization of the exercise program for women after childbirth. |
