| Abstract: | Práce nabízí pohled na autorské právo ve vztahu k neustálému rozvoji společnosti a technice. Hlavní část práce tvoří zaměstnanecké dílo. Dále se zabývám oblastí pracovněprávních vztahů, v nichž zaměstnanecké dílo vzniká. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis presents a view of the Copyright Law in relation to the unceasing society development and technology. The main part of thesis consists of employee work. I also deal with the sphere of the labor-law relationship where is established the employee work. |
