| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je konstrukce tabulových nůžek. V úvodu práce je provedena rešerše na téma tabulové nůžky. Dalším krokem je popis studie technologie střihu s ukázkou několika typů tabulových nůžek konkrétního výrobce s uvedením základních parametrů nůžek. Praktická část se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem konkrétních ručních tabulových nůžek pro zadané parametry střihaného plechu. Konstrukční návrh nůžek byl proveden v softwaru Solidworks 2011. V závěru práce byla provedena simulace zatížení 3D modelu tvářecího stroje v softwaru NX Unigraphics 8. |
| Abstract in different language: | Topic of bachelor thesis is construction of guillotine shears. In the first part of the paper the information search about guillotine shears topic was made. Next step is description of studies of shearing technology with presentation of several types of guillotine shears of one particular producer including basic parameters. Practical part is focus on design proposal for concrete hand shears for requested parameters of sheared metal plate. The construction design was made with utilization of Solidworks software 2011. The conclusion shows the simulation of stress induced during operation on the device modelled in NX Unigraphics 8 software. |
