| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na problematiku hodnocení internetových prezentací, především elektronických obchodů. Teoretická část je zaměřena na úvod do tématu elektronického obchodování, popis metod testování internetových stránek a vytvoření přehledu všeobecně uznávaných pravidel pro tvorbu stránek. Praktická část analyzuje 12 vybraných elektronických obchodů dle upravené metodiky WebTop100, konkrétně v kategoriích Použitelnost, Grafický design, Technické řešení, Marketing a Přínos pro uživatele. Výsledky hodnocení ukazují relativní vyrovnanost většiny e-shopů, přičemž průměrně dostaly e-shopy 65,5% možných bodů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis focuses on the evaluation of internet presentations, mainly electronic shops. The theoretical part is focused on the introduction to the topic of the electronic shopping, the description of internet webpages testing methods and the setting of the general valid rules for web pages creation. The practical part analyses 12 chosen e-shops on the basis of the adjusted methodics WebTop100, specifically in the categories: usability, graphic design, technical design, marketing and user benefits. The results of the evaluation show that most of the e-shops seems to be more or less equal. On average they got 65,5% of the possible score. |
