Abstract: | Práce se zabývá skotským secesionismem a nacionalismem a jejich vývojem v čase až do dnešního období předcházející plánovanému referendu o nezávislosti Skotska v roce 2014. Zkoumá předpoklady pro secesi skupiny obyvatel ze státu a aplikuje na případ Skotska a jeho snah o secesi ze Spojeného království Velké Británie a Severního Irska. |
Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the Scottish secessionism and nationalism and its development in time until the current debate preceding the 2014 independence referendum. It analyzes the preconditions of secession of the group of people from the state and applies them to the case of Scotland and its pursuit of secession from the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. |
