Abstract:	Práce se zabývá sporem o Falklandské ostrovy a to především po skončení války v roce 1982. Představíme si historické souvislosti a pozadí sporu a poté si na evoluci argentinsko-britských vztahů a vývojem konfliktu odpovíme na otázku, proč se spor nevyřešil skončením války a proč se Argentina nevzdala svého nároku na ostrovy.
Abstract in different language:	This work elaborates with the conflict over Falkland Islands after the war in 1982 in particular. We will look at the historical context and background of the conflict. With evolution of Argentina-United Kingdom relations and development of the conflict we will answer main question, why did not this conflict end with the war and why has not Argentina given up its claim to the islands.
