| Abstract: | Práce má dva základní cíle. Na úvodní kapitoly o vztahu sportu a práva navazuje pojednání o právním postavení profesionálního sportovce v Právním řádu ČR. Vzhledem k jeho neuspokojivému zařazení se snaží navrhnout potencionální řešení problematiky. |
| Abstract in different language: | Two main objectives of this thesis are to discuss basic concepts of sports law and comprehensively consider the position of the professional athlete within the legal system of the Czech Republic. Present position of professional athletes is still ambiguous. That is why some solutions were suggested. |
