| Abstract: | Základním úkolem této diplomové práce je vymezit rozdíl mezi újmou majetkovou a nemajetkovou. Hovoří se o ochraně života, zdraví, možnostech a způsobech náhrady újmy nemateriální a to v rámci většiny textu podle občanskoprávní úpravy nynější (dle zákona č. 60/1964 Sb.). Pro účely porovnání se práce však zmiňuje i o odlišnostech, které v této právní oblasti vymezuje nový občanský zákoník z roku 2012. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main goal of this dissertation is to define the difference between the property and the non- material injury. We talk about the protection of life, health, possibilities and ways of compensation and immaterial within the most of the text according the civil adjustment (the law no. 60/1964 Coll.) For the purposes of compare, the thesis is includes the distinctions which in this legal field defines the new civil code from 2012. |
