| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje oboru pojišťovnictví, který je velmi důležitý pro každého člověka. S pojištěním se totiž setkáváme po celou dobu svého života. Tématem této práce je Vývoj právní úpravy v pojišťovnictví od vzniku ČR. Cílem práce je popsat, jak se vyvíjela právní úprava pojišťovnictví na našem území, seznámit s nejdůležitějšími mezníky a právními předpisy v tomto oboru. |
| Abstract in different language: | The focus of my thesis is insurance studies, a discipline of great importance to everyone. We encounter insurance throughout our whole lives. More specifically, the thesis? topic is the Development of Legal Regulations to Insurance Systems since the creation of the Czech Republic. The aim of the study is to describe the development of legal customization in the Czech environment, to acquaint the reader with significant milestones and legal regulations in this domain. |
