| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na monitorování aktuální úrovně pohybové aktivity u žáků na vybrané střední škole v Klatovech. Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit prostřednictvím monitorování aktuální stav pohybové aktivity žáků a analyzovat strukturu pohybové aktivity realizované v souvislosti se školní docházkou v kontextu celodenního pohybového režimu. Výzkum proběhl ve školním roce 2012/2013 ve spolupráci s Centrem kinantropologického výzkumu v Olomouci. Pro monitorování byly použity akcelerometry ActiTrainer, krokoměry Yamax SW700, dotazníky a web INDARES.com. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis is focused on monitoring the current level of physical activity among students at selected high school in Klatovy. The aim of this thesis was to find out by monitoring the current status of physical activity of students and analyze the structure of physical activity undertaken in the context of schooling in the context of all-day exercise regimen. The research was conducted in the academic year 2012/2013 in cooperation with the Kinanthropology research center in Olomouc. To monitor were used ActiTrainer accelerometers, pedometers Yamax SW700, questionnaires and web INDARES.com. |
