| Abstract: | Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám problematikou ochrany lidských práv v oblasti současného mezinárodního práva veřejného. Vedle popisu historie i současnosti mezinárodněprávní úpravy ochrany lidských práv se snažím vyhodnotit i efektivitu současné úpravy, ochotu států a světové veřejnosti ji respektovat. |
| Abstract in different language: | I deal with the question of the protection human rights in the area of present international common law in my diploma work. Inside of the history description and present description international protection of human rights I try to appraise even the effectiveness of the present legislation ,the state accommodation and international public to respect it. |
