| Abstract: | Téma diplomové práce zní "Občanské průkazy, cestovní doklady, evidence obyvatel a rodná čísla." Jedná se o oblast, která je stále aktuální a určitým způsobem se dotýká každého z nás. Práce je rozdělena do několika stěžejních kapitol a je zaměřena na tehdejší i současnou právní úpravu daných oblastí, na nové typy vydávaných osobních dokladů, důležitou úlohu informačních systémů veřejné správy i pozici rodného čísla v životě fyzické osoby. |
| Abstract in different language: | My thesis is devided into several fundamental chapters and starts with my reasons to choose this topic. The thesis is focused on issues of Identity cards, passports, the registry of residents and personal identification numbers. The focus on new types of personal identification documents, methods and advantages of data processing are distinct features of this thesis. Next part of the thesis is dedicated to information system of registry of residenst as one of the public administration IS where important data of the Czech Republic residents are processed and registered. The last part of the thesis takes care of personal identification number's issues. |
