| Abstract: | Cílem práce je tedy analyzovat řízení inovací v daném podniku a současně definovat v tomto podniku jednotlivé fáze inovačního cyklu. Následně na základě zjištěných skutečností a poznatků zhodnotit stávající situaci a navrhnout vhodná opatření, která by vedla ke zlepšení a odstranění případných nedostatků a navrhnout změny, které mohou posléze umožnit efektivnější řízení podniku. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy, které souvisejí s inovacemi (např. inovace a její typy, invence, konkurenceschopnost, inovační podnikání ). Hlavní přínos této bakalářské práce je v praktické části, kde jsou uvedeny návrhy na nové inovační aktivity a následně zhodnoceny předpokládané přínosy těchto aktivit. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main target of this work is to analyse innovation management in the particular enterprise and define each phase of an innovation cycle at the same time. There is a summary of current situation based on facts and knowledge obtained from the analysis and some feasible solutions are suggested then. The solutions are designed to eliminate possible deficiencies and improve efficiency of the enterprise management. Theoretical part of this work concerns definitions of main concepts connected with innovations (such as innovations and types of innovations, inventions, competitiveness, innovative business etc.). The major contribution of this thesis is in practical part, where the suggestions of new innovative activities are listed and there is an evaluation of expected benefits resulting from these activities. |
