| Abstract: | Tato absolventská práce se má zaobírat fází tzv. tvrdé normalizace. Časové vymezení je v tomto případě velmi nejednoznačné. Někteří historici ji spojují s okupací v srpnu 1968, jiní s podepsáním tzv. moskevského protokolu či s nástupem G. Husáka do funkce generálního tajemníka KSČ v dubnu 1969. Stejně jako počátek je těžko definovatelný i konec normalizace. Ve svém důsledku trvala až do roku 1989. Tzv. tvrdá fáze normalizace končí dle autorova názoru dokončením čistek a prověrek. Za dovršení normalizace na Plzeňsku lze tedy označit krajskou konferenci KSČ konanou v Plzni mezi 17. - 18. dubnem 1971. V celorepublikovém měřítku se stal stvrzením vítězství normalizátorů druhý XIV. sjezd KSČ konaný v Praze mezi 25. - 29. květnem 1971. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this work is to summarize and clarify new knowledges, to offer a possibility to compare the progression in Pilsen with the development in other regions. I wanted to reveal the specifics of this region and find out the reasons of different distinctions and to document it on the specific examples. It is very difficult to place this work in some time period. The beginnings of normalization are connected with the august occupation and at the same time with the signing of moscow´s protocol or with the succesion of G. Husák as a secretary-general of the Communist party in April 1969. As an accoplishment of normalization in Pilsen region we can consider a regional conference of the Communist party in Pilsen which took place in April 1971. The victory of normalization in a nationwide view was the second 14. Congress of the Communist party in May 1971. |
