| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce na téma ,,Optimalizace skladových zásob - analýza objednávání hutního materiálu ve strojírenské společnosti" se zabývá nákupem a řízením zásob ve společnosti BHS CORRUGATED Fertigungs, Montage, Service, s.r.o. Úvodní část práce je věnována charakteristice této společnosti. Další kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na problematiku nákupu, nákupního procesu, zásob a skladového hospodářství. Teoretická část se vzájemně prolíná s praktickou částí. Účelem je poukázat na skutečnost jak danou problematiku popisuje literatura a jak je řešena v konkrétním podniku. Závěrečná část práce je věnována analýze problémových oblastí, jejich vyhodnocením a navrhnutým opatřením k zlepšení situace. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor work ,,In store stock optimisation - the analysis of ordering of metallurgic material in engineering company" deals with the purchase and management of stocks in the company BHS CORRUGATED Fertigungs, Montage, Service, s.r.o. The introductory part is devoted to the company profile. Subsequent chapters focus on the issues pertinent to the purchase, purchasing process, stock and storage economy. The theoretical part is interconnected with the practical part. It aims to show how the issue is described in the literature and how it is handled in the particular company. The analysis of problem areas, their assessment and the suggestions of measures for improvement can be found in the final part of bachelor work. |
