| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je představitel francouzského osvícenství Jean-Jacques Rousseau a jeho uvažování o člověku a lidské společnosti. V první části práce jsou vymezeny všeobecné rysy osvícenství. Pohled je zaměřen i na francouzské osvícenství. Následná část práce zahrnuje analýzu ústředních pojmů Rousseauovy filozofie, kterými jsou přirozený stav, sociální nerovnost, teorie společenské smlouvy a svoboda. Obsahem práce je rovněž Rousseauův postoj k vědám a umění. V závěru práce je Rousseauův pesimistický postoj k pokroku konfrontován s optimistickým postojem francouzského osvícence Condorceta. |
| Abstract in different language: | The subject of this bachelor's paper is the representative of the French Enlightenment, Jean-Jacques Rousseau and his thinking about human beings and human society. In the first part of the paper general features of the Enlightenment are defined. It also focuses on the French Enlightenment. The following part of the paper includes an analysis of the central concepts of Rousseau's philosophy, which are the natural state, social inequality, social contract theory and freedom. The content of the work includes also Rousseau's attitude to the sciences and art. At the end of the paper Rousseau's pessimistic attitude toward progress has been confronted with the optimistic attitude of the French Enlightener Condorcet. |
