| Abstract: | V teoretické části práce je pozornost věnována obecné problematice zdravotnické dokumentace. Jednotlivé kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na formy, zásady a jednotlivé součásti zdravotnické dokumentace. Samostatná kapitola je věnována legislativě týkající se zdravotnické dokumentace. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se zabývá etikou vedení zdravotnické dokumentace. Praktická část obsahuje rozhovory vedené se všeobecnými sestrami, které odhalují jejich pohled na kvalitu zdravotnické dokumentace a jejich postoje k této problematice. |
| Abstract in different language: | In the theoretical part of the thesis, the focus is on general topics of medical documentation. Individual chapters focus on forms, policies, and individual components of medical documentation. A separate chapter is devoted to legislation on medical documentation. The last chapter of the theoretical part of the fun ethics of medical records. The practical part contains interviews led to general nurses, revealing their view of the quality of medical records and their positions on this issue. |
