| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na dohled a regulaci trhu s úvěry Českou národní bankou. Zabývá se vznikem úvěrů, historií, nejčastějšími pojmy z této oblasti, právním zakotvením úvěrů a jejich dohledu, funkcí dohledu ČNB a v neposlední řadě srovnáním bankovních a nebankovních půjček. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis is focused on the supervision and regulation of credit markets by the Czech National Bank. It deals with the emergence of credit history, the most common concepts of this field, legal anchoring of credit and supervisory functions of CNB and finally a comparison of bank and non-bank loans. |
