| Abstract: | Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám historií trestu smrti na území českého státu od jeho počátku až do roku 1989, kdy byl trest smrti zrušen. Na základě dobových pramenů a především zákoníků jsem se pokusila nastínit vývoj tohoto absolutního trestu a jeho aplikaci v praxi v různých obdobích českého státu. |
| Abstract in different language: | In my diploma thesis I engage in the history of death penalty in the Czech state, from its beginning till 1989, when it was abolished. Based on the period sources and history law books I have outlined the development of this absolute punishment and its practical application in different periods of the Czech state. |
