| Abstract: | Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením bonity klienta a jeho schopností splatit úvěr. Vychází z teoretické části, kde je nejprve představen finanční trh jako takový, dále je rozebrána problematika úvěrů a leasingu včetně jejich členění a na závěr teoretické části je popsána bonita obecně a její finanční i nefinanční charakteristiky. Praktická část byla zpracována ve společnosti UniCredit Leasing CZ, a.s. a začíná tedy představením této vybrané společnosti, jejích produktů a možných forem financování. Následuje podrobné popsání schvalovacího procesu, jak probíhá od začátku do konce. Dále jsou uvedeny dva praktické příklady obchodních případů odlišných firem. Na závěr jsou shrnuty výsledky schvalovacího procesu u těchto dvou obchodních případů a je také navrženo vlastní doporučení pro firmu UniCredit Leasing CZ, a.s., které by mohlo přispět k vylepšení stávajícího systému. |
| Abstract in different language: | Diploma Thesis is focused on assess the creditworthiness of a company and its ability to repay the loan. It begins by theoretical part where is first introduced financial market as such as well as the problems of loans and leasing including the subdivision. At the end of the theoretical part is described in general creditworthiness with its financial and non-financial characteristics. The practical part was processed in UniCredit Leasing CZ, a.s. and begins introduction of the chosen company, its products and the possible forms of financing. Followed by a detailed description of the approval process as it happens from beginning to the end. Below are two practical examples of business cases different companies. The conclusion summarizes the result of the approval process for these two business cases and is also designed its own recommendations for the company UniCredit Leasing CZ, a.s., as that could contribute to improving the current system. |
