| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá edukací ve zdravotnických zařízeních z pohledu nemocného. V teoretické části je vysvětlen pojem edukace a edukační proces. Dále práce popisuje druhy, fáze, cíle, formy a metody edukace ve zdravotnictví. Sleduje vliv edukačního prostředí a důležitost edukačních pomůcek na výsledný efekt edukace. V práci je popisována role nemocného a sestry v edukačním procesu.Připomíná edukaci jako jednu z potřeb nemocných v ošetřovatelském procesu. Dále práce ukazuje na pacienty pacienty - cizince jako jednu z největších skupin konzumentů ošetřovatelské péče. Vysvětluje vhodný přístup edukátora k těmto nemocným. Popisuje chování jmenovaných skupin nemocných při jejich výchově a vzdělávání.Praktická část sleduje provedenou edukaci v daném zdravotnickém zařízení. Přináší subjektivní i objektivní náhled nemocného na realizovanou edukaci. Zkoumá spokojenost nemocných s vlastní edukací a hledá informace pro její eventuelní zlepšení. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with education in healthcare facilities from the patient?s point of view. In the theoretical part the concepts of education and education process are explained. Further off this thesis describes types, goals, forms and methods of education in healthcare facilities. It monitors the impact of educational environment and importance of educational tools on the final effect of education. The roles of patient and nurse in educational process are described in this thesis. It reminds education as one of the patient?s needs in the nursing process. The work further off indicates chronically ill patients, seniors and patients ? foreigners as one of the largest group of nursing care consumers. It explains appropriate approach of educator to these patients. The behaviour of the mentioned groups of patients by upbringing and education is described.The practical part monitors the executed education in the certain healthcare facility. It brings subjective and objective view of a patient on the implemented education. It examines the satisfaction of the patient with education itself and seeks information for its eventual improvement. This is a brief thesis description, without any description and used methods, but with result. |
