| Abstract: | Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se v teoretické části zaměřila na vzdělávání dospělých. Jeho historii i současnost s důrazem na mentorství a mentoring, který je nedílnou součástí naší zdravotnické profese a podle mého názoru přispívá ke zkvalitnění ošetřovatelské péče prostřednictvím vzdělaných všeobecných sester. V praktické části jsem se pokusila zmapovat povědomí sester o sestrách mentorkách, jejich funkci a jejich přínosu pro studenty klinické praxe. |
| Abstract in different language: | Theoretical part of this bachelor thesis is focused on adult education. It summarizes the history and the present of adult education and it deals particularly with mentors of nursing students and mentoring, which represents a crucial part of nursing. It is supposed that mentoring helps to improve the quality of nursing via well-educated general nurses. Experimental part plots the general nurses´awareness of mentors of nursing students, describes their scope of employment and their positive influence on clinical praxis' students. |
