Abstract:	Práce pojednává o problematice nedovoleného ozbrojování v ČR. Popisuje současný stav platné právní úpravy a porovnává jej se situací v Německu a nastiňuje postoj EU ke zbraním obecně. Autor vychází z vlastní zkušnosti, o kterou je práce doplněna.
Abstract in different language:	The work deals with the issue of illegal possession of weapons in the CZ. Describes the current state of the valid law and compares it with the situation in Germany and outlines the EU's stance on guns law in general. The author base it on own experience, on which work is completed.
