| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením kvality odhadu stavu nelineárních stochastických dynamických systémů diskrétních v čase. Je hodnocena kvalita bodových odhadů stavu poskytovaných lokálními estimátory, jejichž struktura odpovídá tzv. gaussovskému filtru. Práce představuje metriky absolutní chyby odhadu, relativní chyby odhadu, míry četnosti, ale i skalární hodnocení kovarianční matice chyby odhadu, metriky věrohodnosti a Cramér-Raovu mez. Vlastnosti metrik jsou ilustrovány na konkrétních problémech z praxe a shrnuty do přehledných tabulek. Na závěr je představena metodika dávající návod k~řešení problému hodnocení kvality odhadu stavu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with performance evaluation of state estimates of nonlinear stochastic dynamic systems. The thesis focuses on the perfomance measures of point estimates generated by local estimators, which have the structure of Gaussian Filter. The thesis presents absolute error metrics, relative error metrics, frequency count measures, scalar matrix measures, credibility measures, and also Cramér-Rao bound. Properties of performance measures are summed up in the table and illustrated in a few practical problems. Finally, a recommendation on how to proceed when measuring perfomance is given. |
