| Abstract: | V mé práci jsem zpracovala dostupné informace o diferenciální diagnostice bolesti v oblasti kyčelního kloubu, o onemocněních kyčle v dětském a dospělém věku. Vyšetřovala jsem 5 pacientů s bolestmi v kyčli, všichni byli bez traumatu v kyčelním kloubu. Pomocí funkčních testů KK - testy svalové síly dle Jandy, vyšetření antropometrie DK, rozsahy pohybů, Blackův popliteální úhel, Stahelioho test, Elyův test, Oberův test aj. jsem se pokusila tyto stavy klinicky od sebe odlišit a potvrdit nebo vyvrátit mé hypotézy. |
| Abstract in different language: | In my work, I compiled available information on the differential diagnosis of pain in the hip joint, the hip diseases in children and adults. I investigated 5 patients with pain in the hip, they were without trauma to the hip joint. Using functional tests - tests of muscle strength by Janda, anthropometry examination of the lower limbs, range of motion, Black's popliteal angle, Staheli´s test, Ely´s test, Ober´s test, etc. I tried these conditions clinically distinguished from each other and confirm or disprove my hypothesis. |
