| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá konstrukcí hlavy pro motocykl Jawa 50 pionýr. Nejdříve bylo nutno prostudovat veškeré materiály zabývající se touto problematikou a poté se zaměřit na konstrukční úpravy hlavy. Tyto hlavy se udělaly ve více variantách v programu Inventor 2008 a poté se vybraly dvě nejlepší. Na základě technologicko-ekonomických hodnocení se vybrala jedna hlava, která byla obrobena v programu Catia P3 V5R19. Pro toto obrobení bylo nutno konstrukčně navrhnout i přípravek, za který se hlava upne na stroj a následně obrobí. Tyto přípravky byly navrhnuty také ve variantách, ze kterých byla vybrána a vyrobena ta nejlepší možná. |
| Abstract in different language: | This work deals with the construction of the head for 50 Jawa motorcycle pioneer . First, it was necessary to study all materials on the subject and then focus on structural modifications of the head. These heads were made in several variants in the Inventor 2008 and then chose two of the best. On the basis of technological-economic evaluation of the chosen one head that was machined CATIA P3 V5R19. For the machining , it was necessary to design a construction product , for which the head is clamped on the machine and subsequently machined . These preparations have been suggested also in the variants of which have been selected and produced the best possible. |
