| Abstract: | Uzavírání manželství podle židovského a islámského práva se v mnohém liší, přestože obě náboženství vycházejí ze společných základů. Práce se zaměřuje na podrobnosti obou systémů, co se týče manželského života obecně, druhů manželství, způsobů jeho uzavírání, náležitostí a podmínek, i konkrétních práv a povinností, které snoubenci - manželé mají. Kromě toho je zde pojednáno obecně o pramenech práva jak v právu židovském, tak v právu islámském, věnu, které je muž povinen zaplatit ženě a polygamii, která ač není příliš častá v běžném životě věřících, je velice diskutovaným tématem. |
| Abstract in different language: | Marriage under Jewish and Islamic law is very different, even though both religions are based on a common basis. The work focuses on the details of the two systems in terms of marital life in general, remarriage ways of closing, the terms and conditions as well as the specific rights and duties that the engaged couple - husband and wife have. In addition, there is generally discussed the sources of law in both Jewish law and Islamic law, dowry, that man is obliged to pay the woman and polygamy, which, though not very common in the daily life of believers is a very hot topic. |
