| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rozvojovými strategiemi dvou největších donorů, USA a EU, v regionech Latinské Ameriky a Karibiku. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, který z aktérů se v letech 1989 - 2013 ve svých rozvojových strategiích více soustředil na konkrétní aspekty lidského rozvoje odvozené od teorie lidského rozvoje, jak ji ve svých dílech představil Amartya Kumar Sen. |
| Abstract in different language: | This master thesis focuses on development strategies of two largest donors of official development assistance, the USA and the European Union, in Latin America and the Caribbean. The main goal is to find out which of these two donors had been focusing more on certain human development aspects derived from the Amartya Kumar Sen's human development theory in a specific time period covering the years 1989-2013. |
