| Abstract: | Hlavním tématem práce je šikana. Popsány jsou důvody vzniku, průběh, znaky, osoby, kterých se šikana týká a prostředí, ve kterém se odehrává. Šikana není jen fyzický akt, ale je to i protiprávní jednání, kterým je porušeno mnoho zákonů. Práce je především zaměřena na šikanu na pracovišti, její pracovně právní pojetí, zakotvení ochrany člověka nejen v domácí zákonné úpravě, ale také v mezinárodní úpravě. Poslední část se zabývá řešením a prevencí této problematiky. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main theme of the work is bullying. Described are the reasons of origin, course, characters, persons, which concerns the bullying and the environment in which the action takes place. Bullying is not just a physical act, but it is also an offence, that is the broken many laws. The work is primarily focused on bullying in the workplace, its study of the legal situation, anchoring the protection of man, not only in domestic legislation, but also in the international legislation. The last part deals with the solution and prevention of this issue. |
