| Abstract: | V této bakalářské se zabývám problematikou, jak studenti vnímají nastavená pravidla na pracoviště odborného výcviku. V teoretické části se soustředím na základní pojmy patřící do této problematiky. V praktické části jsem zvolila kvantitativní formu výzkumu pomocí dotazníků. Dotazníky zjišťují, jak žáci vnímají nastavená pravidla a jejich smysl. |
| Abstract in different language: | In this issue, I am interest how students perceive set rules on workplace training. In the theoretical part I focus on the basic concepts of belonging to this issue. In the practical part, I chose the form of a quantitative research using questionnaires. Questionnaires determine how students perceive the set rules and their meaning. |
