| Abstract: | Diplomová práce mapuje oblast pedagogické diagnostiky v oblasti středního školství. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny charakteristické rysy profese učitele a profesní kompetence učitelů se zaměřením na kompetenci diagnostickou. Dále je vymezen legislativní rámec poradenských služeb v oblasti školství. Stěžejním obsahem teoretické části je popis dílčích oblastí pedagogické diagnostiky s uvedením konkrétních diagnostických technik a praktických doporučení, jak je možné výsledky integrovat do pedagogického procesu. Praktická část obsahuje výzkumnou sondu do pedagogické praxe vybraných středních škol v Plzeňském kraji, v rámci které byl zmapován obsah pedagogické diagnostiky na vybraných školách a zkoumány postoje učitelů i možnosti vedení škol v této oblasti. |
| Abstract in different language: | Submitted diploma thesis surveys the area of educational diagnostics in the area of secondary education. The theoretical part defines the characteristics of the teaching profession and the professional competences of teachers focusing on diagnostic competence. It is also defined legislative framework of advisory services in the field of education. The main content of the theoretical part is the description of the sub-areas of educational diagnostics, indicating specific diagnostic techniques and practical recommendations on how the results can be integrated into the educational process. The practical part contains a research into the teaching practice in selected secondary schools in the Pilsen region, within which content of educational diagnostics was mapped and the attitudes of teachers and school management possibilities were explored. |
