| Abstract: | Předložená práce pojednává o logistických procesech společnosti Škoda Transportation a.s. Popisuje metody a nástroje pro optimalizaci logistických procesů. Popisuje pojmy jako logistika, ABC analýza, Lorenzova křivka, Paretovo pravidlo, systémy řízení zásob či kritéria a metody pro výběr dodavatelů. Dále uvádí informace o používaných skladových systémech a informačních systémech v logistice. Práce objasňuje také současný stav hodnocení dodavatelů společnosti Škoda Transportation a.s. Cílem této práce je vytvořit hodnocení dodavatelů z pohledu logistiky a promítnout toto hodnocení do celkového hodnocení dodavatelů společnosti Škoda Transportation a.s. |
| Abstract in different language: | Presented thesis deals with logistic processes of the company Škoda Transportation PLC. It depicts methods and instruments for optimization of logistic processes. The thesis also describes terms such as logistics, ABC analysis, Lorenz curve, Pareto principle, systems of reserves´ controlling or criteria and methods for supplier´s selection. Further, the thesis gives the information about warehouse systems, which are used, and about information systems in logistics. Then, the thesis clarifies the current situation of supplier´s evaluation in the company Škoda Transportation PLC. The aim of the thesis is to create the system of evaluating suppliers from the logistics point of view and to reflect it in the overall evaluation of suppliers in the company Škoda Transportation PLC. |
