| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na problematiku práva na informace v souvislosti se svobodným přístupem k informacím. V úvodu práce je vymezen pojem práva na informace a pojem, druhy a vlastnosti informace. Dále se práce věnuje svobodě projevu a právu na informace z hlediska jejich vývoje a jejich zakotvení na mezinárodní úrovni ve vybraných mezinárodních smlouvách a dokumentech a zabývá se zároveň zakotvením práva na informace a svobodného přístupu k informacím v právním řádu České republiky. V práci je pak podrobněji rozebrán zákon č. 106/1999 Sb., o svobodném přístupu k informacím a závěr této práce je věnován povinným subjektům a důvodům pro omezení práva na informace. |
| Abstract in different language: | The work is focused on the right to information in relation to freedom of information. The introduction defines the concept of the right to information and concept, types and properties information. Furthermore, the work freedom of expression and the right to information in terms of their development and their anchoring at the international level in selected international treaties and documents, and is engaged in while enshrining the right to information and freedom of access to information in Czech law. The work is then further broken down by Act no. 106/1999 Coll., On free access to information and the conclusion of this work is devoted to reporting entities and the reasons for limiting the right to information. |
